This product is 100% raw ceremonial cacao imported directly from Ecuador, available in two block formats ā individually sealed 500g blocks and large 25kg blocks. The cacao comes from ancient, family-owned farms located at coastal, volcanic, high-altitude terrain, grown using permaculture principles in a controlled environment that mimics wild jungle. No pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, chicken manure, or cow manure are used at any stage.
The beans are fire-roasted at controlled temperatures (center never exceeding 40°C, outer shell 90°C) to kill pathogens while preserving bioactive compounds, then hand-selected for quality, and ground using volcanic stone ā never touching metal ā to preserve the molecular structure. Traditional medicine songs and mantras are sung throughout processing to honour ancestral energy.
Farmers are paid above fair trade prices. Independent lab testing confirms cadmium levels are more than 80% change to 75% Ā below safe thresholds, with heavy metals present only in trace elements a benefit of the high-altitude growing conditions.
